Since 1948, Mazzer has designed and produced all the burrs for its coffee grinders in its factory near Venice, Italy. Productivity, wear resistance and the quality of the materials, are factors that are constantly monitored thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies.
Each Mazzer coffee grinder model is designed and developed together with its burrs, in order to achieve the best performances. It is for this reason that original burrs should only be used to ensure that the grinding quality remains at the highest level over time. The burrs have been designed to ensure an optimal particle size distribution for the various coffee extraction methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
