Mazzer Ready is a 75 mm flat burr commercial grinder with a unique feature: during busy rushes, a compact dosing unit split into two chambers allows it to dose one coffee while keeping a second dose ready.
The ground coffee is perfectly distributed and ready to be tamped.
And when things slow down, Ready still functions as the capable, on-demand grinder you would expect from Mazzer – providing excellent clarity, flavor, and speed (4.5-5.5 grams/second) from its 75 mm flat burrs.
Ready’s compact dosing unit is split in two chambers which can contain up to 22 grams each.
Ready improves workflow efficiency and boosts service speed. Its instant dosing system stacks two doses that can be dropped with the push of a portafilter.
Single or double-spouted portafilters are automatically recognized by the dosing system.
The Memory Track on the collar provides a numeric reference for quick and precise grind adjustments.

Ready is designed to evenly distribute the coffee grounds in the portafilter basket – preventing clumping to ensure optimal extractions.

Ready features an innovative pre-breaker that keeps the flow of beans in the grinding chamber consistent, even as the pressure in the hopper decreases – ensuring a uniform grind.
The new state-of-the-art grinding chamber is designed to accelerate the exit of the ground coffee, reducing retention and protecting coffee flavours.
Ready’s high-torque asynchronous motor is engineered for durability, extending the lifespan of the grinder and its components while reducing maintenance costs. The motor and the electronic fan cooling system are designed to grind high volumes of coffee without overheating to preserve taste and aromatic compounds.
